Since launching my business in 2015, I have dedicated my career to creating environments that make buyers instantly feel at home. But my journey here wasn't a traditional one. Growing up in New York in a lively Irish-American family, I was the designated interior decorator of our house by the time I was 12. My late father, Robert Shea, always championed my design skills, even when I temporarily pursued a more "practical" path in the wellness industry.
